The COVID-19 pandemic shed light on how unprepared for disasters we are as a country, business owners, and individuals. From pandemics to hurricanes, earthquakes, wildfires, chemical spills, house fires, and beyond, do not get caught unprepared. September is National Preparedness Month, and honestly, this could not come at a more relevant time.

Journey to Safety Excellence

We found this great infographic about Workplace Injuries put together by the NSC and we found it to be so valuable that we wanted to share it with you. The numbers are almost unbelievable; nearly 13,000 American workers are injured each day. The worst part about it, many (if not all) of these injuries are preventable if more attention is given.

New Study Finds Schools are Underprepared for Pandemics and Natural Disasters

Missouri schools are no more prepared to respond to pandemics, natural disasters, and bioterrorism attacks than they were in 2011, according to a study published in the October issue of the American Journal of Infection Control.
